Alpha T Bus System

Alpha T system self-developed by HSG Laser can transmit data only via a network cable, scan and cut thick sheets at ultra-high speed, realize flying cutting micro-connection, active collision protection and integrated nesting. Its cutting precision is 0.1mm at the speed of 30m/min.

With Alpha T, users can put all processing flows on their finger-tips, sort out the setting sequence and minimize the setting omissions.

Add New Functions of Process Database Control, Monitoring Interface and Machine Bed Maintenance Reminder

Users can edit, save, filter, package and backup cutting files, monitor cutting head, auxiliary gas and laser device in real-time way and set the specific time for machine bed maintenance reminder.

Intelligent Cloud Bus System

HSG Nebula System will renew its process database in real time, monitor the operating status of whole machine and spare parts and give early warning, improving the machine stability; Users can access to HSG cloud via cellphone and/or computer to view the machine operation, cutting time and production efficiency, thus, production costs and benefits are clear at a glance.

P20 Intelligent Cutting Head

P20 has broken through a recognized technical bottleneck, that is, all marketable cutting heads can’t keep pace with 20kW power, to gain ability to cut more thicker metal sheets at a faster speed and in more stable manner. With water- + air-cooling, P20 cools itself down fleetly, detects lens pollution and monitor protective lens, moreover, gives early warning automatically to offer you steady and durable experience.

20kW Its variable light spot weakens the dependence of cutting quality and efficiency on materials, as thus, enabling efficient and high-quality cutting.

Optical temperature control system can balance heat and cold, stabilizing the cutting focus and realizing stable cutting in batch.

Gas circuit rectifier is further rationalized to improve cutting efficiency and save gas consumption.

The cutting-edge bus height-adjusting system featuring high precision and response speed is adopted to keep high-speed cutting stable.

Based on pollution resistance adopted by P series cutting head, P20 quality is strictly controlled to prolong its service life.

Positive-pressure Protection, Butterfly Valve Control, Hurricane-force Ventilation

The ventilation area, divided into left and right zone, is equipped with butterfly valve damper， and thus has strong and intensive suction. It is noiseless while opening and closing. Due to 300*300mm large-caliber pipeline on both sides of machine bed, cutting smoke will be discharged smoothly; The machine bed is always full of positive pressure. In combination with strong ventilation system below, smoke dust will disappear rapidly to offer you clean working environment.

Patented Cornerstone Machine Bed

Cornerstone machine bed is firm, steady and high-precision without vibration while cutting at high speed; Its heat accumulation-dispersion technology gives rapid heat dissipation and reduces the heating area of square tube, so, no deformation will occur after long-term service; Military-level manganese anti-burning plate covers the whole cutting area to protect steel plate amid machine bed, in this way, the bed will work for longer time.

Dual-motor Driven Exchange Platforms

The platforms are driven by dual motors that work independently and will be interlocked to offer safe operation, in addition, it is easy to remove slags; With taper pins, the platforms are positioned accurately without any error and will work stably at high speed because of hexagonal tracks.

High-quality Protective Measures, User-friendly

1.CE-compliant Protection:
GH V series is full-protective without light leakage. OD6 laser protection glass is installed in the front observation window. There is a safety door between exchange platforms;

2.Front-placed Integrated Electric Cabinet: It is easy to carry out wiring and maintain the cutting machine. The cabinet is free from installation site to protect itself from collision while loading and unloading, and prevent slags from entering;

3.Electric Control Console: The whole machine is completely under video monitoring. Its electric console height will be changed automatically according to the height of users.
